Heritage Custom Pools is a licensed and insured pool contractor that is OSHA approved. The City of Philadelphia’s Department of Licenses and Inspections has begun strict enforcements of new code requirements. Due to these new regulations, unless a pool contractor can show proof of OSHA-Authorized safety training, they are not able to pull permits to being construction of swimming pools.
